Guests are welcome, but they must be sponsored by a Member. Prospective Broker Members (real estate license holders) or prospective Associate Members may attend the first meeting for free. After that, we would like for you to join our organization. Other guests (spouses, friends and other non-members) will be charged $25 at the door – cash or check only. New for 2018: If you register to attend, and then do not show up, you will be charged a $25 “No-Show” fee.
Program: Larry Carnell, Benetrends, Inc.
Larry Carnell, CFE, CBI, CFB, ABI, CMT, is a nationally recognized and respected expert, trainer, and lecturer in franchising, business, and funding. For decades, his expertise has resulted in numerous requests to advise, train, and lecture to both international and national organizations. Organizations and individuals have used his expertise to help make important decisions and achieve and maintain record-breaking results. Recognition of his expertise is reflected in numerous designations and awards including the National Association of Entrepreneurship’s “NAE 250 Entrepreneur of the Year Award”, franchising’s national “Industry Leader Award” and “Star” Awards and LinkedIn’s designation as a “Top Recommended Professional (Platinum Group)”.
Larry is currently founder and president of FranCastle Enterprises, Inc. and Vice President of Benetrends. He is considered a national pioneer and innovator by being the first in the franchise and business brokerage industry to introduce and use a person’s retirement funding resources to help clients start franchised businesses during the 1990s. That resource has since become a primary funding vehicle in franchising while making him a nationally-recognized expert and lecturer on using retirement funds and other funding options to start or grow a business.
A University of Memphis graduate, with major in Marketing and sub-major in Accountancy, minors in Finance and Management, Larry’s professional career includes tenure as a national trainer for a Fortune 500 company and lecturer on the “Psychology of Selling” and “Overcoming Emotional Obstacles – Turning Qualified Prospects into Engaged Candidates”.
Larry vision is “As you are Blessed – Bless others with your Blessings”. Give back and serve in your community. Larry is a member of the American Red Cross’ Disaster Action Team and Georgia’s CERT (Community Emergency Response Team). He also serves in church and community leadership roles.
