After that, we would like for you to join our organization. Returning guests will be charged $25 at the door – cash or check only.


Speaker:  Peter M. Nemkov, Esq.

Peter NemkovPeter Nemkov began practicing law in 1971 in Washington, D.C. From 1971 until 1979, Peter’s practice focused on the representation of industry trade associations before numerous federal regulatory agencies. Peter decided to move west to Colorado in 1980. From 1982 to 1995 Peter served as a partner at the Law Offices of Boris & Nemkov, a firm specializing in commercial transactions. Since 1995, Peter has been practicing as an independent attorney and consultant. He specializes in the following areas of practice: corporate, real estate, business acquisitions, liquor licensing, and trade association matters. In the area of business acquisitions, the activities include contract drafting and negotiations, negotiation and preparation of financing and loan documents, lease review and negotiations, negotiation and preparation of all aspects of business acquisition documents, and performing escrow closing functions.

Peter drafted the organizational documents for the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries, Inc. for its inception in 1999. He has continued to be CABI’s corporate counsel ever since.
