Biography
Bernard is an Owner/Broker at Denver Business Brokers. He brings with him more than twenty years of diversified business experience of which twelve years in transactions, due diligence, business appraisal and litigation support.
After attending Northern Illinois University, Bernard began his career in the Transportation Industry and has a broad base of experience within the automotive service sector. In this sector he has developed expertise in successful start-ups and new product launches of support software products.
Mr. Cicirello has spent ten years as a principle in this Denver based firm focused on main street and small middle-market business brokerage. During this time he developed expertise in business acquisitions, debt restructuring, and corporate finance. Bernard�s transaction experience has focused on privately held businesses in market sectors of general retail, wholesale/distribution with local and interstate commerce, and the meat processing industry. The firm�s geographical areas of focus have been Denver and surrounding Metropolitan Areas, Wyoming, and Nebraska.
Bernard is a member of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI) and International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) where he was awarded the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) in 2001. He holds a real estate license in the State of Colorado. He is qualified as a transaction expert in litigation matters in various state courts. He has an extensive educational background in business valuation through the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA) and was awarded the designation of AIBA in 2003.
