A graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, he has owned and managed individual operations, supervised groups of restaurants, held the position of general manager and food and beverage manager of large hotels - has held executive positions including general manager, food and beverage manager, division manager, regional manager, vice president, and senior vice president within Stouffer Foods Corporation, Specialty Restaurants Corporation, AIRCO, and VICORP.
